1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FuelTrack (fueltrack.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this service.

2. Service Description

FuelTrack is a fuel price comparison tool that displays fuel prices sourced from official Australian government fuel price monitoring schemes. The service is provided free of charge for informational purposes only.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Fuel prices displayed on FuelTrack are provided on an "as is" basis and may not reflect the actual price at the pump. Prices are sourced from third-party government data feeds (including NSW FuelCheck, Queensland Fuel Prices, Victorian Fuel Price API, SA Fuel Pricing Information Scheme, and WA FuelWatch) and are subject to delays, errors, or omissions in the source data.

FuelTrack does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any fuel price information displayed. Prices may change between the time they are reported and the time you arrive at a station. You should always verify the price at the pump before fuelling.

FuelTrack is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from reliance on fuel price information displayed on this service, including but not limited to additional fuel costs, travel costs, or any other direct or indirect damages.

4. No Warranty

This service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FuelTrack does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FuelTrack and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

6. Data Sources and Attribution

Fuel price data is sourced from official Australian government fuel price monitoring schemes. FuelTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, fuel retailer, or fuel brand. Station information including names, addresses, and brand affiliations are sourced from public government data feeds and may not reflect current branding or ownership.
